Building a community-driven LoRa mesh network across the Acadiana Region
We are a proud member of the Gulf Coast Mesh
Acadiana Mesh is a decentralized, resilient communication network using MeshCore technology and LoRa radio to provide long-range, low-power connectivity for everyone in the Acadiana region of South Louisiana.
MeshCore is an open-source mesh networking platform that uses LoRa radios to create long-range, decentralized communication networks. Perfect for emergency communications, off-grid connectivity, and community resilience.
Every repeater in the network acts as a relay, creating a resilient web of connectivity. Messages automatically hop through the mesh to reach their destination β no internet required.
